We wish to share with you regarding your plan to visit Mantralayam and get Darshan of Sri Raghavendra Swamy and be blessed, consume pavitra Prasad and teertha. Next to this, your thought moves towards accommodation. We have as on dated about 1000 rooms to be accommodated and we will make our best efforts to accommodate you. However, during Thursdays, weekends and other special occasions like Aradhana etc., it may be difficult to procure accommodation.

We are now glad to inform that we have again recently constructed two cottages complexex Sri Vijayeendra Mandira and Sri Vibudhendra Mandira in which there is provision and opportunity for you to own one room/cottage. Details as below:

1. Non A/c Double Room : 4 Lakhs
2. A/c room with warrandah with 3 cots : 8 Lakhs

These rooms will have the facilities of
1. Uninterrupted power supply.
2. 24 hours water
3. Well furnished rooms
4. Sanitation and cleaning facility
5. 24 hours security
6. Just 200 meters from the Mutt
7. You can display your/desire name board in front of your room.

You will be provided with coupons in such a way that you can comfortably stay for 60 days in a year. The coupons can be utilized by you, your family and friends etc., can visit and stay for a maximum period of 3 days. You will have to send intimation of your stay preferably one week in advance. In case the room owned by you is allotted to other devotee you will be provided with another accommodation with similar facilities.

This ownership will be for a period of 30 years in favour of you and your legal heirs/nominees. The amount of cost of room can be given in 3 or 4 installments also. With these particulars we invite you to be owner of a cottage/room and stay in the most holy place any time you desire.
Further, during the days of your non-occupancy the rooms will be provided for the visting devotees. We deem it to be a great help from your side. To put in other words it will be an eternal “Punya Karya” since we are providing /allotting rooms at a reasonable/affordable rent unlike the private rooms which are available here to our visiting devotees.
